Research fellow. The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Conduct cutting-edge research on recommendation systems with advancing artificial intelligence and data mining techniques, actively contributing to academic discourse by presenting research at conferences and publishing in top-tier journals and conferences
2. Manage and supervise Ph.D. students/candidates, guiding their research and academic development. Organize and participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing within the research group.
3. Lead and manage research projects, including proposal writing, implementation, timeline management, and deliverable preparation.
